The Second Annual Haascars

The Second Annual Haascars Awards Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, May 16th from 6 – 9 PM in I-House Auditorium. During this formal event (think Winter Ball!), we'll relive the funniest moments from the past two years, give out awards like "Most likely to do all the optional reading" and sing our hearts out one last time with the legendary Haastile Takeover.

Schedule:
6 PM – 6:45 PM : Guests arrive, open bar + hors d'oeuvres
6:45 PM – 9 PM : Awards show programming

What are the Haascars?
The Haascars are a scripted comedy show in "Oscars" format. It will be a celebration of our last two years and (loving) roast of our classmates. It was started last year by students and we're happy to continue the tradition this year!

Who votes on these awards?
No one votes on the awards. The awards are simply a vehicle for jokes written by a large team of classmates.

What should I wear?
This is our last opportunity to dress up! How dressy? Think Winter Formal.

What does my ticket buy?
Your ticket buys entry to the event, a one hour open-bar, beer & wine at the tables, appetizers, and desserts. There will be finger food, but plan to eat something beforehand. It also covers venue rental, equipment rental, and general event needs.

When should I arrive?
The festivities begin at 6 PM! The open bar is only for the first hour and we have limited time in the space so we will sticking to our tight schedule.
