Lola is a Partner at Antler and holds Ph.D. from UC Berkeley with over 15 years of experience building and scaling technology-driven businesses across Africa. She co-founded Babban Gona, a social enterprise that has transformed the livelihoods of over 500,000 smallholder farmers in Nigeria, and has held senior leadership roles at Google, OLX Nigeria, and Bolt, where she led operations across North, East, and West Africa.

An engineer turned entrepreneur turned investor, Lola is deeply committed to backing founders who are solving Africa's most pressing challenges with both purpose and commercial ambition.
