Blok

A "digital real estate broker," Blok is a fast-growing Finnish startup that automates apartment sales and replaces brokers with AI. By taking care of most routine tasks for people selling their flats, such as photographing, documents and marketing. Blok is 5 times cheaper than traditional real estate brokers. Wired Magazine named Blok among Europe's 100 Hottest Startups 2017.



Before Blok, Rudi Skogman was in charge of investor and startup operations at Slush, one of the worlds biggest startup and technology conferences. He was also one of the Co-Founders of IncSpark, an internal social network for companies. Rudi has his M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Hanken Svenska handelshogskolan.

Recity

A real estate data and analytics startup based in DC, Recity has developed the most effective product on the market for real estate professionals to visualize and understand real estate pipeline data. The team has expanded from DC to Boston, Chicago, and Seattle and are planning to launch in New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.


Zoe Rinker is a city planning, zoning and permitting expert, with over five years of research and construction management experience. Before joining Recity, Zoe worked for the City of Baltimore in the Permits and Code Enforcement Division. Previously, Zoe held various roles spearheading research projects in the urban and international studies fields. Zoe graduated from Yale University with a BA in Anthropology.
