First 100 Days as CEO with Jeff Oldenburg

About the speaker:
Jeff Oldenburg is a search fund entrepreneur and investor, and a Haas alumnus. He most recently served as CEO of Echosec Systems, a leading open-source intelligence software company that he acquired through the search fund model. During his tenure, Jeff led all aspects of the business and ultimately sold the company to Flashpoint in 2022, delivering a 97.5% IRR to investors.

Prior to Echosec, Jeff was a Director at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he led interest rate derivative sales across key regions in the United States. He has deep experience across finance, operations, and strategic leadership. Today, Jeff is building his next platform as Founder of Forever Holdings, where he continues to pursue acquisition opportunities.
