About the speakers:

💡 Robin Mohapatra joined Relay after acquiring, leading, and successfully exiting the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity (NCFDD) through the search fund model. During his seven years as CEO, he scaled the company from 50 to 350 university partners and grew the team to over 250 employees before exiting. Robin began his career at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup and holds an M.S. in Management from Stanford GSB.

💼 Clement Lucas has over 10 years of investing experience and has partnered with 40+ searchers and closed 20+ transactions at Relay. He mentors searchers throughout their lifecycle—from sourcing to post-acquisition operations—and currently sits on six portfolio boards. Clement previously worked at Roland Berger and Nexus Group, and holds an MBA from MIT Sloan.
