Social Impact Pop-Up Supper
An Organic, Sustainable, Impactful Dining Experience By and For Farming Hope
Bring your friend/spouse/significant other/ they are all welcome to join us!

Date: Sunday, August 20, 6:30-8:30pm
Farming Hope is a social enterprise that hires homeless individuals to garden and cook with the food they grow. Their vision is to transform people who wait in line at soup kitchen, into employees of the society. Chef Kevin M., co-founder of Farming Hope, will be cooking Mexican-inspired cuisine featuring seasonal produce from their gardens. Join us for a night celebrating their work, eating delicious food, and enjoying the company of your fellow Haasies.
Menu:
Appetizer: Toybox tomato focaccia
Small Plate: Roasted beets & supremes of mixed citrus tossed in pistachio vinaigrette on a bed of ricotta
Entree: Snap pea and oyster mushroom risotto
Small Plate: Cream of elote
Dessert: Yogurt, hazelnuts and figs
