Richard Harroch is the founder of several internet companies, a former Partner at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe specializing in venture and M&A law, board member or chair of over a dozen companies, Managing Director and Global Head of M&A for VantagePoint, a large venture fund in Silicon Valley, and Managing Partner of Evisionary Ventures, an angel/seed fund. He is also a prolific author on startups, tech, M&A -- and poker!
