We have the wonderful opportunity to welcome to campus Doug Traver, who's been working with Private Equity firms since the time of RJR Nabisco. He co-led Acquisition Finance, Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsor Coverage over two decades at JPMorgan, and is now Managing Partner of CoveView Advisors, providing M&A, Capital Raising and Restructuring advice and execution to PE firms and corporate clients.

Doug will lead a discussion on a middle market private equity and leveraged finance case study, which will be shared in advance as a 15-minute primer for the discussion. The case will include key issues from a PE and LevFin perspective, including the PE process, debt capital raising, and operations improvement post-closing. And we'll be sure to have plenty of time for Q&A.
