Join us for a super special Food@Haas event: an exclusive, fully private lunch and behind-the-scenes experience at Chez Panisse, one of the most iconic restaurants in the world and the birthplace of the modern farm-to-table movement.
We’ll start the day together at the Edible Schoolyard (started by Alice Waters) for a quick walk-through of the space and harvesting some of the fresh herbs/veggies before heading over as a group to Chez Panisse. From there, the entire restaurant is ours for the afternoon. This is one you won't want to miss!
Together, we will get:

A private tour of the Chez Panisse dining room, café, and kitchen spaces

A wood-oven cooking demo led by Chef Gary Podesto

A seasonal, multi-course lunch prepared exclusively for our group (optional wine pairing pending)

A casual, candid Q&A with Gary on sourcing, sustainability, hospitality, and the future of regenerative food culture
