Come learn how to make pizza dough with simple ingredients: Flour, Salt, Water, Yeast and Italian tomato sauce with fresh quality, accessible ingredients from scratch! You will get to make the dough, shape & bake the pizzas and enjoy them as a hearty indulgent dinner!

We will go over The Art of Fermentation & how to choose quality ingredients from supermarkets like Trader Joe / Safeway so that you, as the home baker, can re-make delicious pizzas to share with friends and family!
