Join Justin Simpson as he revisits his high school year spent in Germany and teaches you how to make Wienerschnitzel with Mushroom Sauce and Spätzle. Wienerschnitzel is traditionally a breaded veal cutlet, although we'll likely be using pork since it's easier to find. Spätzle is the starch, akin to something between pasta and gnocchi.
Unfortunately this dish is not adaptable for vegetarians.
This event is $5 and is for Culinary Club members only. Because this event is a lot of effort by your classmates, do NOT cancel at the last minute. If you need to cancel, please find someone to take your spot, letting Mitul Bhat know.
