"Whiskey, rye whiskey
whiskey I cry
If whiskey don't kill me
I'll live till I die"
-Tex Ritter

It can be bonded, single barreled, straight, charred, sour mashed, or pot stilled. It can be made from corn, rye, wheat, or barley. Some smoke it with mesquite and others filter it through a Lincoln County Press. Some call it Bourbon, others call it Rye. Any way you cut it (so long as its no less than 80 proof), it's whiskey. American Whiskey, that is.

Join your VP's of Spirits and Cocktails Scotty Mead and Michael Hodge as they lead you through a tasting of American spirits and an education on what does- and does not- make for a good whiskey. As always, we cordially invite you to become a student always, go beyond the bottle, question whiskey's status-quo, and learn how to confidently consume without attitude as we explore all that these spirits have to offer!
