• What You Believe (Mindset)
• How You Show Up (Nonverbal Language/Delivery)
• What You Say (Words/Content)
• What You Do (Actions)
Interestingly, in any conversation, Nonverbal Language is the first of these components to be expressed and observed – mostly unconsciously – often speaking volumes, before any words are exchanged.
In that context, we'll focus on the importance of deliberately using nonverbal behaviors – along with the "secret ingredient" energy – which enable us to more consistently connect and communicate with greater confidence, clarity, and credibility.
During this lively and practical session, Deb will coach volunteers, demonstrating how small shifts in behaviors generate big differences in how we are perceived and, ultimately, in how others respond.
We will see how purposeful nonverbal language – integrated with well-chosen words – will enhance our ability to authentically connect with others more quickly and build stronger rapport; demonstrate higher competence; and gain greater visibility and influence which are necessary to move our careers forward.
