BARTable Beer

Come join the Haas Beer Club as we venture to San Francisco on Saturday, September 7th for BARTable Beer, more formally known as Beer that can be reached via Bay Area Rapid Transit.

We will visit the best brewery in San Francisco (Cellarmaker), the best beer bar/store in the city (City Beer Store), and the San Francisco outpost of Copenhagen's world-renowned Mikkeller Brewing Company.

Logistics:

-Tickets are $10 and include one drink (excluding beers >$10) at each of Cellarmaker, City Beer Store, and Mikkeller.

-We will plan to meet at Mikkeller when they open at 12:00pm. Mikkeller is a short walk from the Powell St. BART station and has a full food menu if you want to eat lunch there.

-We will walk (10-15 minutes) to Cellarmaker around 1:30pm.

-We will walk (5 minutes) to City Beer Store around 3:00pm and stay until whenever we want to return to Berkeley via the Civic Center BART station (5 minute walk). City Beer also has food if you're getting hungry by this point.

-Tickets do not include transportation--we recommend getting your Clipper Card from the Cal student card office if you do not already have one to make BART transportation easier. The round trip fare on BART is about $9.
