On December 6th, the CIOs will be discussing the following:
Bots Bots Bots! - Bhavin Shah
Bhavin is the CEO and Founder of Banner Technologies, a private venture-backed company that helps scale IT service desks with advanced artificial intelligence. Bhavin has over 15 years of experience building companies, assembling high performing teams, creating quality brands, and shipping product. His last company Refresh.io was a top rated and downloaded mobile productivity app for business professionals that was acquired by LinkedIn in 2015. Through his founding of Gazillion Entertainment and his work in product and business development at LeapFrog, he has taken companies from inception to scale and from private to public. Bhavin has degrees from Stanford University and UC San Diego in both Computer Science and Design.
Bhavin will discuss the landscape of conversational bots and the emerging opportunities within enterprise settings. He'll also discuss a few novel uses of machine learning and AI currently deployed in large enterprises.
