Blockchain: What You Need to Know Before Graduating

Heard of blockchain but not sure why it's important for you? Newsflash: This new technology will impact every industry that transfers funds, manages identity, or makes contracts (read: every industry!). From healthcare to real estate to academia to government to financial services, everyone is interested. AirBnB, Uber, Spotify, Goldman Sachs, NY Fed, NYSE, BCG, EY and Accenture are just a few companies investing in internal capabilities.

Come learn what you need to know to be able to have a conversation about "the most important technology since the internet."

Agenda: At this teach-in we will briefly introduce the technology then focus on the business use cases that have investors pouring $550M into blockchain startups in 2016 alone. No current understanding of technology/fintech/anything required to enjoy this session!
