Improv Intermediate Workshop Series (Wednesdays Spring B)

If you have recently finished your beginner improv workshop class and are itching to do more – get ready! Haas Improv Club is excited to kick-off Spring B with an Intermediate Improv Workshop series starting in April and lasting for 6 sessions.

Continue building your improv skills and put on a show learning from experienced improviser and improv instructor, Dave Dennison from BATS Improv in San Francisco. The focus of the workshop will be to continue building on core fundamentals learned in the beginner workshop course through games and scenes.

*To facilitate the best learning experience, you may only sign up for this workshop if you have taken a beginner Improv Workshop at Haas.*

This series will run for six consecutive weeks on WEDNESDAYS from 4:00-6:00pm on campus, beginning on April 4th. Given the intensive nature of the series, we are asking all participants to pay $50 for participation. The Improv Club will be heavily subsidizing the cost of this workshop; this $50 registration fee will directly offset the cost of hiring a seasoned professional instructor.

This offering is contingent on a minimum enrollment of 8 people, and on finding available space at Haas. If we for some reason are unable to host this workshop as planned, you will be promptly refunded.

About Dave Dennison:
Dave Dennison is an improv expert that coaches and performs at BATS improv in San Francisco. He has been teaching improv since before many Haasies were born – 1993. Dave has taught every class from beginner to advanced performance classes at BATS as well as facilitated at numerous corporate and clients and schools. He has also performed in many improv groups including True Fiction Magazine, Scratch Theater, Start Trekkin', the Particulars, Hey You, the Travellers, and Secret Improv Society. We are excited to have an expert in the field of improv share his experience with the Haas community.
