Steven has over 40 years of investment experience across public and private markets. Before joining Neuberger Berman, he served as Chief Investment Officer of the New York City Retirement Systems, overseeing more than $300 billion across five public pension funds. He also served as Interim CIO for Connecticut's public pension plans and held senior investment roles at State Street Global Advisors, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, and Oppenheimer.

At Neuberger Berman, Steven works with institutional investors on portfolio construction, asset allocation, and long-term investment strategies.
