Kaushik is an experienced Private Equity professional (Principal at Goldman Sachs's $100bn fund and Director at Varde Partner's $15bn fund thereafter). Kaushik will be conducting an interactive workshop to discuss lessons learned from his experience in Private Equity. Over the past year he has spoken to several student groups at other MBA programs including Harvard, Stanford, MIT, UChicago - as part of a career success mentorship initiative he founded last year called Elevate.
