Details

Join Redwoods for a float trip on the Russian River! Make new friends and catch up with old friends on tubes as you float through the redwoods and take in the views.

8:00 AM bus departs from campus
9:30 AM arrive at Steelhead Beach Regional Park
Get set up with tubes
10:00 AM start float to Sunset Beach
2:00 PM land at Sunset Beach
Pizza!
4:00 PM bus arrives back in Berkeley

Recommended: Bring a swimsuit, towel, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, water and whatever else you want to eat/drink while we float.

Optional: wear sandals that can get wet, a dry bag, and bring a dry change of clothes to leave on the bus for after the float.

**If you don't plan on drinking and you can arrange a car shuttle from Sunset Beach to Steelhead Beach, you're welcome to drive yourself**
