WIL 2018 Fall Retreat

The annual WIL Fall Conference is our first major event of the year and brings ~150 women and male allies to promote the development and advancement of women and foster genuine conversations on equity.

Our theme for the day is Building Community, which is a highlight of the MBA experience. Our keynote speaker is Debi Hemmeter, the Founder and Director of Partnerships for Lean in. We are also hosting a panel entitled "Creating Inclusive Communities," focusing on championing equity and belonging in a variety of settings.
