Women face unique challenges when negotiating. Come join WIL for a negotiation workshop with Haas's own Jordan Sale, founder of 81cents, a negotiation platform for women. Jordan will cover hurdles women face in negotiations and offer recruiter-sourced tips to improve your skills.

This session will include:
- An overview of MBA compensation packages
- A primer on understanding equity-based pay
- Mental frameworks to help you feel more confident heading into your negotiation
- Unique resources for finding salary data
- And, a practice negotiation

Dinner will be provided (including vegetarian and gluten-free options).
