Our event is inspired by the Rush Hour film series, which brought together two iconic characters from Black and Asian cultures in a way that many remember fondly. At the same time, we recognize that the films include stereotypes and portrayals that may not reflect the values we hold today. We are not endorsing those aspects, but instead reclaiming the spirit of cross-cultural friendship, humor, and solidarity that we believe is worth celebrating between the Asian Business Club and the Black Business Student Association.
