Please join your friends in ULI for our informal monthly networking series called "Staying in the Game" Monday, October 4th, at Sens Restaurant, located on the Promenade Level of Four Embarcadero. Christopher Peatross, President and CEO of Swift Realty Partners will be our featured speaker.

Christopher Peatross currently serves as President and CEO of Swift Realty Partners. He previously served as President and CEO of Equity Office Properties. Christopher’s extensive real estate background includes developing, leasing and investing in large-scale commercial real estate transactions throughout the Western United States. He is a Council Member of the Urban Land Institute, YPO Chapter Member and a past President of the Silicon Valley chapter of NAIOP. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University.

Swift Realty Partners is a multi-faceted real estate investment firm that specializes in office and R&D properties and development sites on the West Coast, with an emphasis in Northern California. Its headquarters are located in San Francisco in the historic Ferry Building.
