Come work off Thanksgiving dinner with all around badass Nika in a 1h long, military/boot camp outdoors training. Go in, push your limits....and be sore the next day, of course! Instructions will be given in English... with encouragements and motivation in Spanish and other languages.

All fitness levels accepted. Each will train at his/her own maximum. All proceeds go to C4C!
