MBA Career Management Group

The MBA Career Management Group provides career programs, advising, and recruiting support to Berkeley MBA students and alumni. 

We are career coaches, advisors and mentors at a world-class business school and we’re teaching one of the most important courses you could take at any B-school—a career course.

Our goal is to teach, advise and guide you as you learn how to do one of the most difficult things you’ll ever have to do—find a meaningful, satisfying career… and then find it again, and again and again. 

Because we know career search is painstaking, humbling work, we do whatever we can to make the process as dynamic and as productive as possible. We’re always hard at work developing education, resources, workshops and events that will help you stay firmly on your path.

As career educators, we have one clear mission: to teach you and intentionally guide you along your path to self-actualization through your career. We promise to speak honestly to you, to respect you, to hold you accountable and to always meet you where you are.
