The Haas Veteran's Club was founded in 2008 to serve the U.S. and international military veterans in the Berkeley MBA program. Today, the Haas Veteran's Club includes veterans from all six U.S. military branches and multiple foreign nations, as well as first responders. Club membership is open to veterans, students pursuing careers in the defense industry, and anyone interested in learning more about military service.<br><br>The Club focuses on four core areas:<br>
- Supporting club members as they transition from the military to the civilian sector<br>
- Mentoring prospective military applicants to the Haas MBA program<br>
- Connecting club members into the professional military network<br>
- Serving the Haas, UC Berkeley, and Bay Area communities<br><br>
