VA Loan info session w/ Will Roberts @ Paintru

Will Roberts (USNA '14, Wharton '22) will be hosting an informal session on maximizing VA Loans for personal/investment properties.

Will is a former Marine, co-founded Paintru before grad school, went into IB after, and later co-founded UMortgage’s Veterans Alliance - the #1 VA lending team in the country.

He will give a crash course in debunking VA loan myths, talking about recent updates to the loan (no loan price cap, condo and mixed-used commercial purchases, renovation loans, etc.), figuring out debt-to-income ratios for single vs. multi-fam options, a case study of buying a house, some Q&A, and just general tips on how to maximize the loan as an awesome benefit coming out of school.

After the event, we will attend Happy Hour at Freehouse!!
