Step Ahead educates and enables the student-athletes so that they can establish sustainable, campus-based running teams for these children. Based on a prototype Chapter founded in 2015 at Washington University in St. Louis, Step Ahead (est. as 501(c)3 in 2017) has since spread to five colleges nationwide and raised $15K in funding.
