Grapery is looking for an MBA who is interested in a strategy project.
Grapery is best known for their viral launch of Cotton Candy Grapes.  However, their product line has become cluttered, and me-too offerings from competitors are proliferating.  As a small farming company with a seasonal product, they are evaluating how they maintain their rapid growth in a crowded marketplace without losing their authenticity.  They would love to work with an interested MBA on their market positioning strategy.
