ROMBA Conference
Nearly 20 Q@Haas members (FTMBA, EMBA and EWMBAs from different classes) are getting ready for the largest LGBTQ MBA conference in the world: the 2017 ROMBA conference in Boston! It will also be the largest representation from Haas since the inception of ROMBA.

The Reaching Out LGBTQ MBA & Business Graduate Conference (also known at the ROMBA Conference) is the annual conference of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) graduate business school students - the largest gathering of LGBTQ business students in the world.

Last year in 2016 over 1,400 students, prospective LGBTQ MBAs and business graduates, professional business leaders, alumni and recruiters joined together at the 19th annual ROMBA conference in Dallas.

The 2017 Reaching Out LGBTQ MBA & Business Graduate Student Conference provides future lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender leaders from around the world the opportunity to network, learn, and improve their skills so they will emerge stronger and more confident in the business world. Leading businesses partner with the conference to show support for the LGBTQ community and recruit top level talent.

New this year, with it being the 20th ROMBA Conference (in Boston, October 12-14) we will add a new entire day's worth of content specifically designed for LGBTQ MBA alumni on Saturday, October 14th. We'll also celebrate the organization's history and future at our 20th Conference Gala on Saturday, October 14th.

See information here: http://www.reachingoutmba.org/conference-2/
If you are an LGBTQ student and are interested to join ROMBA this year you still have time! Reach out to Lucas Vital (lucas_vital@mba.berkeley.edu) to find more information and access our school code.
