About Us
Q@Haas serves the LGBTQ+ MBA community at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, a home for queer students and the partners, allies, and advocates who stand with them. We pursue four goals in service of that mission: 1. Connect. Build lasting relationships among students, faculty, staff, and alumni. 2. Develop. Advance the professional and personal growth of our members, from recruiting through career and beyond. 3. Represent. Increase LGBTQ+ visibility across the Haas community, so that Haas remains an open and inclusive place for everyone. 4. Advocate. Build awareness of LGBTQ+ equity, inclusion, and belonging, both on campus and in the workplaces our members will lead.
