The Haas Consulting Club (HCC) is a student-led organization dedicated to helping Haas MBA students explore consulting careers and navigate the recruiting process. Our mission is to provide members with the resources, training, and connections needed to secure roles in the consulting industry. We bridge the gap between students, alumni, consulting firms, and the Haas Career Center to ensure comprehensive support for aspiring consultants.

HCC offers career preparation, coaching, and networking opportunities, including:

• Career Tools & Recruiting Support – Resume crafting, networking guidance, job postings, and structured preparation for consulting roles, including "just-in-time" hiring strategies.
• Coaching & Advising – Relationship Managers offer insight into consulting firm hiring practices and interview preparation.
• RocketBlocks – A digital case prep tool for mastering market sizing, mental math, and structured problem-solving.
• Peter K’s Courses & Mock Casing – Training on consulting fundamentals, case structuring, brainstorming techniques, and effective storytelling.
• Industry Professionals – Experts like Peter K and Marguerite Pressley Davis provide case interview coaching and résumé reviews.
• 2nd-Year Peer Advisors – Students who have successfully gone through recruiting offer guidance on resumes, behavioral interview prep, and mock cases.

Additionally, HCC organizes firm nights, alumni networking events, guest speaker sessions, and resume book distribution to connect students with leading consulting firms. We support both domestic and international students, ensuring access to opportunities in the U.S. and abroad.
