Thanks to Our Diversity Champs!
We wanted to thank those of you who signed up to help with the diversity outreach efforts here at HAAS. We believe diversity enriches our student experience and elevates our class discussions. The level of response you have demonstrated shows that you share our passion for gender, social, racial and LGBT inclusion. We currently have 36 volunteers, of which 50% volunteered to go above and beyond and even share their personal experiences. With your help, we hope to plan and execute several diversity initiatives, the first of which is right around the corner. The Berkeley Diversity Symposium will take place on October 14-15 at Haas and its main goal is to showcase the diversity of the various Berkeley MBA programs to prospective students. Over the next few days we will send you an email posting additional information on the symposium. We count on you to help spread the word via email, word of mouth and social media.Read more
