**Deadline for Spring 2017 semester reimbursement extended until Friday, May 12th**

C3 funding provides up to $150 per school year to full-time MBA students for expenses incurred in professional development and enrichment activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Eligible expenses include: conferences, case competitions, and career events (i.e., non Bay Area treks). 
• Non-eligible expenses include: LinkedIn Premium membership; Haas club conference fees (e.g., DMEC conference tickets); one-on-one networking conversation costs (e.g., coffee, dinner); costs related to Bay Area treks (e.g., BART tickets, speaker gifts); and case competitions where you have won a cash prize.

Application Specifics

• Please do not fill out this form until after the event is complete and you have a digital copy (photos are fine) of the receipt. 
• You may ONLY apply as an individual, even if you participated in an event with or on behalf of a club

Awarding Logistics

• You will receive a submission confirmation immediately following of the completion of this form. 
• We will not award the funding until the end of the semester once we have reviewed all applications. 
• There is a maximum reimbursement amount of $150 per student per academic year, irrespective of number of events attended; actual reimbursement will also depend on the total number of applications we receive
